Lanskey Constructions were engaged by Suncorp Insurance to undertake the demolition of the fire damaged Waterco building and reconstruction of offices and an industrial warehouse.
The project included 2 stages of work, the demolition and clean up of the original building, as well as construction of the new industrial warehouse and offices. Working under a Construction Management Agreement, Lanskey Constructions completed the project on time and within budget.
With a fresh modern design and high quality finishes throughout, the client and end users were extremely satisfied with the finished product. Complete with lift service and energy efficient state of the art electrical and mechanical systems, this building truly leads the way in office & industrial warehouse facilities.
To whom it may concern,
I have been liaising with Lanskey Constructions on behalf of our company, during the rebuilding of the main office building, this included a warehouse and a Breezeway (large covered area) the project was built for the insurers following a fire which destroyed the whole building.
In my opinion, I found Lanskey Constructions to be good communicators and if we had concerns they addressed them quickly. We had regular meeting to monitor progress which were minuted and a good reference and helped to keep the project on time. The quality of the fittings were very good and the standard of workmanship we are very pleased with. We are in the first year of the Warranty period and the defects have been minor and fixed in good time.
I am not a builder but have experience as the 'Building superintendent' on building two other warehouses, which included a multi loading dock, with other builders.
We have future projects on this site and I would be very happy if Lanskey Constructions manage to secure the new contract, as they have been very professional throughout the whole project.
