New Restaurant Build

The Project comprised the demolition of the existing Sizzler Restaurant and construction of a new Taco Bell Restaurant. The works comprised a new restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a drive through take-away service area and bell tower.

Timing was of the essence as the client needed to open the outlet before Christmas including allowances for training of new staff and all testing and commissioning. Demolition works commenced on 10th September and handover to the client for stocking and training was affected on 28th November. The restaurant opened to trade on 7th December 2018 for a satisfied client and happy patrons.
