Fire damage to the St Andrews Lutheran College required this multi-level project to be staged from demolition and ‘make-safe’, to rebuild and remodel.
Lanskey’s brief was to demolish and make-safe a live site whilst working with all clients to rebuild and repurpose the existing classrooms and other facilities, including a complete rebuild of a new 300 seat auditorium from suspended slab upwards.
The new facilities within 3 storeys comprised of Boardroom, Flexible Learning Spaces, Dance Studio, Gymnasium, Music Room and a state of the art 300 seat Auditorium. The Auditorium’s new audio visual package consisted of 40+klms of data cabling.
Lanskey Constructions had input through the design phase to ensure the requirements of all stakeholders were met. All works were completed with exceptional finishes, met all safety and security priorities and clients emailed Lanskey’s Project Team to thank them for an excellent result.
