2 x New Service Station Projects with double auto & manual car wash facilities.

Lanskey Constructions have carried out two BP Badged Service Station and Carwash Builds for the Sanzone Group, with project management being carried out by Tembo Property.

Beeliar Drive in Cockburn was the first to be completed on a competitively tendered fixed price/lump sum basis and was successfully completed within the project timeline of 21 weeks.

Henley Brook was carried out on an Early Contractor Involvement negotiated basis on the back of success of the Beeliar Drive project. Lanskey Constructions were involved from the outset in key design and “buildability” issues, with the project successfully completed on time and budget.
