Lanskey Constructions partnered with Keneco Developments to construct the new Amart project in Wagga Wagga. Early engagement with the developers built a strong relationship with trust, that would lead us to not only to building this great store, but also other possible opportunities in the future for Kennards and the new tenant Amart.
The project was delivered under a negotiated Design and Construct contract with Lanskey Constructions obtaining all relevant development approvals. The design was developed against a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) that provided the principle with financial certainty as well as the opportunity to realise savings through value engineering as the design evolved.
The early contractor involvement of a D&C contract also allowed Lanskey Constructions to fasttrack the overall program through the early procurement and manufacturing of critical path elements such as precast concrete walls and structural steel framing, allowing for an accelerated start on site once authority permits were issued.
It was great to see another satisfied client.
RE: AMART FURNITURE, WAGGA WAGGA
Lanskey Constructions were contracted to construct the new Amart furniture 5500sqm Warehouse in Wagga.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Lanskey Constructions for delivering such a great project.
Lanskey Constructions had a major involvement in the project from an early stage from consultants, Town planning, and obtaining all relevant permits. This involvement made the process a lot smoother and efficient, as they were able to deal with any issues that arose. The entire project team remained professional throughout the construction process and worked collaboratively to ensure that the developer's needs and clients needs were both met. The project was delivered on time despite minor changes that were added to the scope.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Lanskey Constructions as builders for any type of Industrial construction projects. We look forward to working together on other projects in the future.
