Our Background


The Beginning

Lanskey Constructions began business in Queensland in 1986, focused on commercial and industrial construction. The company has successfully completed a vast array of projects since operations commenced, with project values ranging from a few thousand dollars to some $50 million.

During the twenty years of operation we have developed a quality client base, demonstrating our ability to consistently deliver quality work at competitive prices.

Growth Strategies

The company has grown progressively since commencement, attributing its continued success to implementing a strategy of steady and controlled growth, delivering high quality, on time and cost effective projects. This together with our commitment to open book non-confrontational client oriented contracting, has enabled us to develop and retain this high profile client base. The majority of our ongoing projects are repeat business from long term clients.

Leadership and Team

The company founders Paul Lanskey and Co-Director Ross Williams have, between them, over 50 years experience in the construction Industry. Paul Lanskey is well recognised for his pioneering work in developing and maintaining long term strategic partnerships which benefit the client as much as the construction company. Lanskey Constructions management team relies on the abilities of a dedicated group of state managers, project managers, contract administrators, site supervisors, contractors and administrative staff to successfully undertake all works. A flat organisational structure helps promote individual responsibility and commitment.

National Presence

Our national presence means no geographical limitations for any potential projects throughout the length and breadth of Australia.

Lanskey Constructions head office is located in Salisbury , Brisbane . A permanent office was established in Sydney during 1998, enabling us to provide a better service to clients and to develop new areas of business opportunity in NSW.

During 2002, to further develop our strategy of interstate growth, a permanent office was established in Melbourne.

Also in 2002 an office was established in Perth to provide support for operations across the west of Australia . There are also satellite offices in Adelaide and Townsville.

Projects have been successfully completed in metro areas and regionally in all states.

We currently employ more than 60 office staff between the state offices, with a core of some 100 personnel engaged in site operations.

Nationally, many of our projects have been completed in isolated regional areas. Co-ordination and programming of materials, equipment and labour is all-embracing, taking into consideration accessibility of these items and adopting alternative methods or taking into account the possibility of similar restrictions.
